It is only by the Agape love of God that you will be able to love your enemies. This is what makes Christians different: we are able to love those who hate us and we are able to be kind to those who that us badly. How?
Not by our own feeort or love, but by His Holy Spirit His love is shed abroad in our hearts. Have you received Christ? Why should you accept Him? We all need to be saved as we all have sinned and the penalty for sin is death. No one is able to overcome sin, except Jesus did by the Holy Spirit. He was conceived by the Holy spirit, so although he was completely man like you and I, He lived in UNION with God right from His conception. This way God created His perception and we know by how He lived that the answer to a sinless, unselfish, fearless life is through our union with God the Father by following the Way Jesus made for us.
You are free, when you accept His payment in full for your debt. God is just and He has to punish sin, so His wrath was fully satisfied and the price paid completely by His son Jesus. Now, He can be merciful towards you and your shortcomings and infirmaties as Jesus was perfect and through receiving Him as your Savious, you are FREE INDEED! God, now is able to love you inspite of your sin and by you receiving His Holy Spirit thnat was poured out 40 days after Jesus was taken up into heaven, you are able to walk and become all He was.... a PERFECT Son!!
He was the first of many. If you believe, then receive Him and you will love others like He loved you before you knew how much He cared and loved you. It was His love for you that made Him choose to come to earth to be born as a man so He could die so you and I might be reconciled with Father God and empowered by His Holy Spirit. I was his enemy too. It was His love that changed me and drew me close to Him. It is by His Holy Spirit that I testify to you of His unconditional love.
It is by His HOLY Spirit that I am able to love my enemies.... this is not of myself, but it is His FREE gift - so no man can boast in or of himself, but we can boast in Christ the LORD. Amen.
The answer: How do you do it? Once you have accepted and received His Holy Spirit, choose to love your enemies and as you choose to do things His way and follow His lead and perception, you will find it becoming a reality as His Spirit works is all out inside your bodily members until you experience this great love even in your emotions. Just do it.... CHOOSE Life according to His WORD.... He will do the rest. Amen and amen.
